Our Mission

Dear Reader

My name is Marjorie after the earthquake in Haiti on January 12, I decided to go on a mission and be a part of the relief. Soon thereafter I went and I met up with two Pastors pastor Luc and Pastor Andre Louis. Both of their churches were crumbled to the ground. I was able to go and see their church or what was left of it. Not only was their church scattered all over the ground but their orphanages and schools were as well. After that we went to meet the orphans in different parts of the city because, they have no place to stay. With your help we can rebuild these schools and orphanages so these can have a place to sleep a place learn and a place to call home.

These pastors have given us their information to keep these kids with food shelter and a classroom to continue their education just $25 a month can help one child with these needs. Pastor Luc has about 200 children under his care and, pastor Andre Louis has children and widows with a total 1000 of these people in need of help.

Our Mission is constantly growing as the needs of the community have grown and GRACIAS FOR COMPASSION has established itself as an organization that offers aid to homeless children and the protection and adoption of stray dogs.

What we provide

We provide food, clothing and shelter in our efforts of raising awareness in the communities where the organization has its Home Base.

Goals

The goals of GRACIAS FOR COMPASSION began in South Florida at our Headquarters and we have branched out to Costa Rica, Haiti, and we have plans to support the people of Africa. With your generosity as well as our own financial, spiritual and personal commitment, we are making a positive difference in these countries through dedication, empathy and all the strength we have to make this mission possible.
